Refund policy

 All sales are final unless merchandise is defective or damaged. Defective merchandise will be replaced with  like item or an in-store credit within 7 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt. Copywrited items such as sheet music and CDs and electronics are not returnable unless defective and will be replaced with the same item only. Instruments purchased with trades as partial payment are non-refundable. Instruments that have been modified for the customer in any way including strap buttons, not traditional setup, pickups, etc are non-refundable. Returned items that were shipped to the customer shall have the original sales price refunded less actual round trip shipping costs that AVM incurred. An additional 3% restocking fee may apply for purchases made with a credit card.
