48 Hour “Virtual Showroom” Policy:

Since many of our customers can’t come to our showroom in person to try our incredible selection of fine instruments, we will come to you! If requested by the customer, we will send one of our in stock instruments to you for a 48 hour trial period that starts when you receive the instrument. You may return the instrument to us for any reason within that 48 hour period. You must contact us by phone or email during the trial period or the sale will be final.

If you return the instrument it must be shipped within 48 hours via three day max delivery insured for the full value and properly packaged. Once the instrument arrives in undamaged original condition the Customer will be refunded the amount of the purchase within 3 business days, less the initial shipment cost and Credit Card Merchant Fees.

The initial shipment to the customer is non refundable whether or not the instrument is returned. If a credit card was used for purchase a 3% fee will be charged and deducted from the refund to cover our merchant fee expenses for Visa, MC and Discover and 4% for Amex

Instruments inspected and played in our shop by the customer, consignment or traded instruments, or instruments modified at customer request with strap buttons, RR spikes or electronics prior to shipping are excluded from the Virtual Showroom policy. All sales of in store purchased instruments, traded and consigned instruments are final.

Shipping:

For Musical Instruments: Since instruments vary in size, shape and weight and shipment costs can vary widely across the country, we ask that you request a shipment quote from us by sending us your zipcode. We only ship instruments via Three day maximum delivery (two day in extremely hot or cold months). We use US Post Office Express Mail, UPS and Fedex and will search all three to give you the best rate for shipping your purchase.

For Other Merchandise and On Line Orders: Flat fee UPS Ground or US Postal Service shipping and handling charges apply as follows based on value of the order:

Sales Tax

Phone or internet orders shipping to customers outside Arizona are exempt from sale tax. In Store sales and sales shipping to locations within Arizona are subject to 8.1% Az sales tax..

International Customers

We now ship internationally!  International customers may purchase instruments via wire transfer payments. Once payment is received, we will ship to your order via a mutually agreed method. Any duties, customs charges VAT taxes etc are the responsibility of the buyer All sales to international customers are final and do not qualify for the Virtual Showroom policy. International Customers must pay their own import duties and fees. Please contact us for international Shipping fees prior to ordering

Returns:

All sales are final unless merchandise is defective. Defective merchandise will be replaced with like item or in store credit within 7 days of purchase with valid sales receipt. Copywrited items such as sheet musicand CDs and electronics are not returnable unless defective and will be replaced with the same item only. Instruments purchased with trades as partial payment are non refundable. Instruments that have been modified for the customer in any way including strap buttons, not traditional setup, pickups etc are non refundable

Prices are subject to change without notice. All instruments listed on line are for sale in our brick and mortar location in Tempe Az, and may be pre-sold shortly prior to a purchase online. We do our best to keep the website up to date and current, so please call to check if an item is available before visiting the store or purchasing on line to avoid disappointment!
